Kayla Angona, PA-C

Kayla Angona is a licensed and board certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelors of Science in Physician Assistant studies. She is board certified through the NCCPA.

Kayla is involved in all aspects of patient care including initial assessments, generating treatment plans, and further educating patients. She strives to provide comprehensive and satisfactory care to all of her patients

Daniel Ippolito, AGNP

Daniel Ippolito is a board certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland in 2008, and went on to obtain his nursing degree from Suffolk County Community College in 2013. Daniel worked as a medical/surgical/telemetry and behavior health registered nurse in Eastern Long Island Hospital and Southampton Hospital for four and a half years. Wishing to further advance his career, he enrolled in Stony Brook University’s Primary Care Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program. Upon completing the program in 2017, Daniel gained experience as a nurse practitioner in pain medicine in both a multidisciplinary neurology practice and renowned pain medicine practice, treating a broad scope of chronic, painful conditions. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys reading, exercising, playing guitar and writing music.
